We process data to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, enter into and perform contracts, comply with legal duties and establish or defend claims, as applicable under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f).
4. Forms and AI
Project inquiries may be analysed using automation and AI tools to prepare an initial estimate. A person reviews quotations before they are sent. We do not use solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for this process.

Hosting, email, form, automation and AI providers may process data where necessary. Specific providers, international transfers and safeguards should be verified against the services currently in use.
6. Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to handle an inquiry or contract, meet legal obligations or address potential claims.

The website may use strictly necessary technical cookies. Optional analytics or marketing technologies requiring consent will be activated only after consent.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Individual apps and client websites may have separate privacy notices. This policy does not replace a client's own privacy notice.
